LOTI PANTÓN has been a running project since 2013. A passion for baking and creative processes in combination with perfectionism initiated the beginnings of these unique macarons. Loti grew up playing the violin since the age of six. He was seen as a gifted child and so deepened his violin studies for the next 20 years. Realising that music was not the final chapter of his career, he started focusing on another talent of his: creating unique flavours. In the past years, Loti focused on developing the perfect macaron. His goal is to create artful confection that surprises with non-conventional fillings. In 2019, LOTI PANTÓN is ready to be presented to you. Manufactured with love and dedication in Mitte, Berlin.
